JaxChristian Terms of Use

When you choose to advertise through JaxChristian, you agree to these Terms of Use. Because we are a ministry our prices are a suggested donation and are much lower than the going rate for these services. Only those portions of a donation above the suggested donation will be applicable for tax purposes.

1. Making Donations

1. When you confirm a transaction on JaxChristian, you agree to be bound by and fulfill that transaction.
2. Don't commit to a transaction unless you are ready to proceed, because all gifts to the ministry are final.
3. If it’s a subscription, You agree that your donation source will be billed monthly as a subscription until you notify us per section #3

2. Donations Sources

1.   We want to make donations convenient so we prefer to use PayPal
2.   When you make a donation, you authorize us (and our designated donation processor PayPal) to charge the full amount to the source you designate as a donation.

 3. Disputes and Reversals

1. If you believe that an unauthorized or otherwise problematic transaction has taken place under your account, you agree to notify us immediately, so that we may take action to prevent financial loss.
2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive all claims against us related to donations made unless you submit the claim to us within 30 days after the charge.
3. Your only remedy for a technical failure or interruption of service is to request that your transaction be completed at a later time.

4. Special Provisions Applicable to Advertisers

1. When you agree to place advertising on or through JaxChristian, you agree to pay all amounts related to that request,
2. You can cancel advertising at any time through our online portal, but your ads may run for several days after you notify us, and you are still responsible for those days.

JaxChristian.com has a wide range of static ads which can be placed in a wide assortment of areas on our site. We have very reasonable graphic design fees and we know how to get you particular product or event to be seen by the ten thousand viewers we have per month coming regurlarly to our site.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Our Online ads range from our 500.00 per month front page rotating billboard to our small ads in our categories for 100.00 dollars per month.

Ad prices depend on three different areas;

Location on page:  Upper Fold (top of page)or Lower Fold (bottom of page)

Location in the site:  Front page, Section (Menu Item) or Category (Sub Menu)

Size of ad:  Small Medium or Large

We use Constant Contact, the leading service provider of online newsletters used to send email advertisements or promotions to clients, friends and consumers.

 

Our email blasts have become a service to the Christian community over the years to help them stay updated with in current events and keeping them informed on what’s happening. We send out two JaxChristian.com emails blast per month.

We can get your product or news to the Christian Market which we like to call the JaxChristian.com family. We can’t guarantee that people will like what you are offering but we can guarantee that they will see it. You can provide us a flyer or mail ready ad or we will be glad to have our graphic team design one for you.

Our Rates per send out are as follows;

An ad in our regular newsletter send outs are 150.00 dollars

Your ad will be located inside our newsletters along with other ads.

A special email blast to our list with just your ad is 350.00 dollars

We will be glad to incorporate your own email list for a fee depending on the size and the work we have to do to get it ready.

All ads can be hyperlinked directly to your website or we can design the traffic to come to an ad in our Directory, Event Calendar or Special Events Category of JaxChristian.com.

A Social Media Blast is Social Media Optimized Ad that is blasted to the JaxChristian.com social networks on LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter, giving you new ways to connect with your potential customer or consumer.

 

 

 

 

 

 

SOCIAL MEDIA BLAST

This new way of marketing brings the product to the consumer instead of waiting for the online traffic to come to you. This is 21^st century Marketing at its best and the results speak for themselves. This is the best and most effective means of advertising on the market. In essence it gives you the most bang for your buck because it can reach more people quicker than any other form of advertising.

It is not uncommon to have over 1000 hits in a week of people who want to know more about your product not to mention the thousands who view and read your ad and can tell others about you although they themselves may not go to your link.

These ads are different depending on what social media platform you are using.

TWITTER uses a 140 Character maximum and allows for links. The good thing about Twitter is it doesn’t have a feed maximum and your ad can be sent out as many times as you would like. Since Twitter works on key word searches you can also aim your ads at a particular audience or region.

FACEBOOK’s has an eight posts per day maximum feed allowance but it is by far the strongest marketing tool because of the strength of the relationships that you can maintain by staying in contact with your “friends”. Another plus for Facebook is that it not only allows a link to your ad but it posts an image along with your text. This process has been shown to be the best form of attracting someone to your advertising.
