BurningBushA useful definition of leadership revolves around “vision,” and has three parts:
 The leader establishes the vision.
He aligns the people in that direction.
He motivates and inspires them to move and keep moving in that direction until they fulfill the vision.
Viewed from this angle, leadership involves movement toward a vision. This is a helpful way to understand leadership – but only if the vision and its implementation are legitimate.

God’s ultimate purpose in all things revolves around His Son: having made known to us the mystery of His will, according to His good pleasure which He purposed in Himself, that in the dispensation of the fullness of the times He might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven and which are on earth – in Him. Attitudes can also violate our own convictions and lead others to conclusions that are based upon false foundations. We should be extremely concerned about our attitudes and what they communicate.

This should be of particular concern to those who are attempting to advance the kingdom of God through their service to God and His people. Attitudes can out-shout the very thing we are trying toget across to others. We are blessed to be the benefactors of Pentecost. We have the Holy Spirit within us to give us the right words at the right time and in the right spirit, so that we might radiate His love and power.

PreacherGod is shaking His church and removing corruption. But we share the blame for giving charlatans a platform.

Al Capone once controlled all of Chicago. The notorious 1920s gangster bribed the city's mayor, bought the police and presided as king over an empire of casinos, speakeasies and smuggling operations. He dodged bullets for years and lived above the law—and earned the nickname "untouchable" because no one could bring him to justice.

Before Capone finally went to prison in 1932, he justified his crimes by saying: "All I do is satisfy a public demand." He didn't take responsibility for the pain he caused because he knew mayors, policemen, community leaders and bootleggers supported him the whole way.
