This is a pdf format mini E-Book that was written many years ago as a project of JCPLF (Jax Christian Pastors & Leaders Fellowship), which no longer exists. JPCLF was a loving, relationship based team of multicultural ministry leaders of which I was fortunate to be a part. I believe the group was a family born before its time. The actual writing of the E-book came from training received in Argentina in 1996, by the man who spiritually mapped the city of London, while the revelation comes from gifting which no man can give but the Lord Jesus Christ Himself. Since its first edition, many more proofs have been uncovered that undeniably confirm the five redemptive purposes of the City of Jacksonville, but somewhere the study has to end & the implementation to the road back must begin.
