Last week, standing in line at the grocery store, without warning and without anticipation, one of life’s “Big Moments” happened.
A few days ago, I over-heard a young mother threatening her misbehaving child with this old familiar standby, “Santa’s not going to bring you any presents if you don’t behave!” While it may be a common coercion, my heart immediately cringed.
There’s a lot of confusion about the Gospel these days. For the last week or so (yes I know you’re not supposed to begin a sentence with a preposition), I’ve been seriously exploring the subject of “What is the gospel that is the power of God unto salvation?”
The subject before the house today is evangelism. Please read the entire post else you’ll very likely misunderstand the whole discussion.
